Accommodation & Facilities

All rooms are ensuite and have colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities. If you join us in the winter months, all rooms are centrally heated, separate from the main house.

Our room names are inspired by the house's history. 46 Bodmin Road is a large townhouse which was built for the rich industrialists of St Austell in 1820. The servants quarters have been thoughtfully renovated to provide our guests with a comfortable stay whilst retaining many of the original features.
